SHIPPING ORDERS 

As a woman entrepreneur-led business, we take utmost care to pack each order with love. 

  • As stipulated in the Terms and Conditions, we do wait 24 hours for any cancellation before starting to process all paid orders. 
  • All orders are shipped by DHL via the Mauritius Post. You will receive a tracking code to track your order on the DHL website.
  • Typical delivery time ranges between 5-12 days. Any delay in delivery falls under the responsibility of the freight company.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you’re thrilled with your order! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement for all unopened, unused, and undamaged goods returned within 14 days of receipt. We’ll assess the condition of the returned items when processing your refund.

  • Make sure the product was bought directly from us. We cannot refund purchases from other vendors. If you have received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased.
  • Returned products should be sent back unused.
  • Should you wish to return goods, please notify us within 14 working days from receipt of purchase.
  • Goods damaged during transit by the freight company is not the responsibility of Alanoula Ltd. Alanoula Ltd will not be liable and will not process any related refund/return request.
  • Please email [email protected] providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and reasons why.
  • Once you have received confirmation from the Zeabliss (Alanoula) Team, you will receive a return form unique to your order via email.
  • Please return the product(s) and printed return form to: Alanoula Ltd, Royal Road, Gentilly, Moka, 80810, MAURITIUS
  • We recommend that you return your items by tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department. 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
  • Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
